Step 1:  The Toner - Dispense into palms or onto a cotton pad and press into clean skin to prep and hydrate.

Honest answers, before you start

My usual moisturiser isn't cutting it anymore. Will this be any different?

Skincare that suddenly stops working usually means your skin has changed, not the product. Hormonal shifts or harsh actives can leave the barrier low on lipids and the skin underneath less dense. A moisturiser covers the surface but can't replace what's missing. Bio-Sync™ supports density with the Serum and replenishes lipids with a Cream in the 3:1:1 ratio shown in research to speed up barrier recovery.

My skin feels dry again soon after moisturising. Will this actually last?

Dryness that returns quickly means your skin is losing hydration faster than it can hold it, so adding more isn't enough. It needs to be held in. The Toner uses 8 molecular weights of hyaluronic acid with polyglutamic acid to hydrate at different levels, and the Cream seals over it to slow hydration loss.

What does a toner actually do? Do I really need one?

A toner is the first hydration step after cleansing. A moisturiser mainly seals in what's already there, so if your skin is low on hydration to begin with, there's less to hold. It isn't essential, but if your skin feels tight or dehydrated, it's the step that helps everything after it work better.

I already use a toner. Can I use this one too?

It depends on what your toner does. If it's already a hydrating toner, keep it and start with the Duo (Serum and Cream). If it's an exfoliating or oil control toner, it isn't doing the hydration step, and frequent exfoliation can work against a weakened barrier. In that case, use ours as your daily toner and keep yours for occasional use.

What makes the Serum different from the one I already use?

Even good ingredients can't do their job if they break down before reaching your skin. Our Serum carries its peptides in liposomes, tiny lipid capsules built like your skin's own cell membranes, to help protect them and deliver them in a form your skin takes in easily. Centella-derived phyto-DNA and peptides support density and firmness, while niacinamide helps skin produce its own ceramides and panthenol soothes, so the Serum supports barrier recovery as it works on density.

Will this help with fine lines and firmness, or is it just for the barrier?

The two are connected. Fine lines often look deeper when skin is dehydrated and the barrier is weak, so as hydration improves, skin looks smoother and plumper. Firmness depends on the skin's density underneath, which is why the Serum's phyto-DNA and peptides work on density, not just the surface. Lines from dryness can look softer within weeks, while firmness builds over time with consistent use.

Some people say their barrier recovered in days. When will I actually see a change?

Skin can feel more comfortable within days. Rebuilding the barrier takes longer. Skin renews itself in a cycle of around 4 weeks, and that cycle gets longer as we age. We recommend using the system consistently for 4 to 8 weeks. That's exactly why our Barrier Promise lasts 60 days: so you can judge the results properly.

My skin reacts easily. Is it safe to start three new products at once?

A fair question. All three have been dermatologically tested for skin sensitivity, with zero reactions recorded. They're fragrance free and built around ingredients your skin already knows, like ceramides and hyaluronic acid, alongside soothing panthenol. If your skin is very reactive, you can still ease in: add one step every 2 to 3 days, Cream first, then Toner, then Serum, and patch test first.
